Unfortunately, products that are made according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned! 

Do you want to return? Let us know within 14 calendar days. Send an e-mail to  info@voileeluxury.com 

with the subject RETURN + ORDER NUMBER. You then have 14 calendar days to return the product.

Return

Step 1
Put the items in the corresponding packaging and put everything back in the original box/envelope. Make sure that the original tags of the products have not been removed.

Step 2
Make sure you have completed the return form, which can be downloaded below. You then add this to your return shipment.

Step 3
Write down the return address below on your return shipment. And always write the order number and return address on the packaging!

Step 4
Take your return to the nearest post office and have it shipped to voilée.  (Always send with track & trace)
Make sure you keep the track & trace code of your return until it has been processed! That is your proof of return.

The amount of your return package will be refunded to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when placing the order.
This can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.
